Roger Woodman
Managing Director – Raymond James & Associates, Inc.
Roger Woodman is a Managing Director with Raymond James investment banking, where he is primarily responsible for providing merger and acquisition and capital advisory services to the firm’s convenience store, truck stop/travel center, and fuel distribution clients. Raymond James has completed over 80 relevant industry transactions with over $13 billion in total deal value spanning 25 years of dedicated sector focus.
Prior to joining Raymond James in 2012, Roger began his investment banking career at his prior firm, Morgan Keegan, in 1998. Prior to joining Morgan Keegan, Mr. Woodman was an attorney at Waring Cox in Memphis, where he practiced corporate securities law. Earlier, he practiced with Malizia, Spidi, Sloane & Fisch, a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C., specializing in securities transactions for financial institutions.
Mr. Woodman received an LLM from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, and a BBA in finance from Emory University.
